At Keurig Dr Pepper, we’ve established eight employee resource groups (ERGs) focused on race, ethnicity, gender, identity and shared characteristics to better understand our team’s diverse backgrounds, promote cultural awareness and demonstrate our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion in the communities where we live and work.
